Delivery will be scheduled once payment has cleared in our account. This can take up to one week.
Furniture will be delivered to the main door of your building. If you need help getting the furniture into your home, you will need to arrange this.
You are responsible for checking the measurements of the furniture you have ordered to ensure they will fit through any relevant doors and staircases. Furniture cannot be returned for a refund if you cannot get it into the relevant room.
If you require a specific colour, please order a swatch from us before you order your items. Furniture cannot be returned to us if you do not like the colour.
Please visit our store if you need a particular firmness of mattress or sofa. Everyone’s preferences are different. We cannot guarantee how individual mattresses or sofas will feel to different people.
The items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This does not include general wear and tear, such as staining, excessive soiling, abrasion, tears and burns, accidental damage, natural cushion interior settlement and flattening and normal bed filling settlement are excluded.or if the item has been used in a commercial environment.
If there is a fault with an item you have purchased from us within 12 months of delivery, you are responsible for providing proof of purchase and delivery date.
Colours of items will look different on different digital screens. If you need a specific colour, please visit us in store or order a swatch before purchasing your furniture.
In most cases, we can deliver in the UK within two weeks of payment clearing in our bank account. However, some orders may take up to 8 weeks. By placing an order with us, you accept that this may happen.
While every effort is made to meet our customers' demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for any reason. This might be because for example, the goods are not in stock or are no longer available or because of a pricing error on the website.
If we decline all or part of your order, we will contact you with additional information and will not process your order. We will refund the full amount of your payment if you do not wish to order alternative goods from us or; in the case of a pricing error, order the goods at the correct price.
